Albrecht DürerΗ εμπνευστική παράξενη φιγούρα με το κεφάλι ακουμπισμένο στο χέρι στην γκραβούρα του Ντίρερ, «Μελαγχολία Ι» (1514), αποδίδει μια εσωτερική γαλήνη, ηρεμιά, βαθιά σκέψη, γνώση και λύτρωση, σε αντίθεση με τον επόμενο αιώνα που αποδίδουν την εν λόγω μορφή ως θλιβερή και μακάβρια, και η οποία αποδίδεται με αριστουργηματικά τραγούδια από τα θεατρικά Σαιξπηρικά έργα, μελωδίες της αγγλικής μουσικής παράδοσης των σπουδαιότερων συνθετών της Ελισαβετιανής εποχής, όπως των John Dowland, Henry Purcell, Claudio Monteverdi και ανωνύμων καθώς και θρήνους απο την παραδοσιακή μουσική της Κρήτης, της Ηπείρου και ελλήνων συνθετών όπως του Γιώργου Κουμεντάκη και του Νίκου Κυπουργού, δημιουργώντας μια ατμόσφαιρα ξεχωριστής και σπάνιας μουσικής αίσθησης.

Ο κόντρα τενόρος Νίκος Σπανάτης έχει εμφανιστεί σε όλα τα μεγάλα λυρικά θέατρα της Ελλάδας, σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ καθώς και σε πόλεις της Ευρώπης συμμετέχοντας σε Art Projects, προσωπικά ρεσιτάλ και συναυλίες μουσικής δωματίου. Συνεργάζεται με την Βελγική καμεράτα Brussels Virtuosi και τον διεθνούς φήμης φλαουτίστα Marc Grauwels και την Εσθονική Glasperlenspiel Sinfonietta, ενώ έχει συμπράξει με την Σουηδική ορχήστρα Δωματίου Musica Vitae και το Εσθονικό Μπαρόκ Σύνολο Floridante και όλες τις ελληνικές ορχήστρες σε συναυλίες και παραστάσεις καθώς και σε ρόλους ρεπερτορίου, υπό τη διεύθυνση των Tiberiu Soare, Γιώργο Πέτρου, Βασίλη Χριστόπουλου, Μίλτου Λογιάδη, κ.α. Γεννήθηκε στην Φρανκφούρτη. Σπούδασε Ανώτερα θεωρητικά, τρομπέτα και πιάνο. Έχει μελετήσει τραγούδι με τον Άρη Χριστοφέλλη, την Ρόζα Πουλημένου στο Τμήμα Μουσικών Σπουδών του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου και την Μάτα Κατσούλη στο Ωδείο Φ. Νάκας με Δίπλωμα Άριστα παμψηφεί και Ά βραβείο. Ερμηνεύει έργα ελλήνων συνθετών, ηχογραφεί για το Τρίτο Πρόγραμμα και για τις δισκογραφικές εταιρίες ΙΔΑΙΑ και MDG και έχει συνεργαστεί και υποστηριχθεί από το Γαλλόφωνο Τηλεοπτικό Κανάλι TV5Monde. Έχει αποσπάσει θερμές κριτικές από τον ελληνικό και διεθνή τύπο, όπως, «...η βελούδινη, ηδονικά σκουρόχρωμη, άλτο φωνή του συνομίλησε μαγευτικά με το φλάουτο του Marc Grauwels...» (Εφημερίδα των Συντακτών), «.. ερμηνεύει με υπέροχο ήχο τον ρόλο του Νιρηνού δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη ενέργεια στα σημεία που τραγουδά.." (Voix des Arts), ανάμεσα σε άλλες. Είναι Υποψήφιος Διδάκτορας του Τμήματος Μουσικών Σπουδών του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου και Καλλιτεχνικός Διευθυντής και καθηγητής μονωδίας του Εθνικού Ωδείου Υμηττού.

 Γιώργος Γουμενάκης, μαντολίνο

Ο Γιώργος Γουμενάκης σπούδασε μαντολίνο στο Κονσερβατόριο “G. Verdi” του Μιλάνου, παίρνοντας το δίπλωμά του με δάσκαλο τον Ugo Orlandi. Ίδρυσε το Αθηναϊκό Κουϊντέτο “Δημήτρης Δούνης” και επανασύστησε την Αθηναϊκή Μανδολινάτα “Νικόλαος Λάβδας” υπό την αιγίδα του Φ. Σ. Παρνασσός, σχήματα με τα οποία έχει συμμετάσχει σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα και την Ιταλία. Συνεργάστηκε με την Εστουδιαντίνα Ν. Ιωνίας, την ΑΣΟΝ, την Ορχήστρα Σύγχρονης Μουσικής της ΕΡΤ, την ΚΟΑ, την Ορχήστρα των Χρωμάτων, την ΕΛΣ και την Καμεράτα Ορχήστρα Φίλων της Μουσικής, τόσο σε συναυλίες όσο και σε ηχογραφήσεις. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα, την Ιταλία, τη Γαλλία, τη Γερμανία, την Τουρκία, την Αλβανία και την Κροατία. Με τους Solisti Veneti και μαέστρο τον Claudio Scimone εμφανίστηκε ως σολίστ στο Veneto Festival για την παγκόσμια ημέρα της μουσικής, και στο Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, ηχογραφώντας τη σερενάτα του R. Drigo από το μπαλέτο “I milioni d’ Arlecchini”. Συμπράττει με τον πιανίστα Σταύρο Κόλλια, ερμηνεύοντας πρωτότυπο ρεπερτόριο για μαντολίνο και πιάνο. Διδάσκει μαντολίνο στο Ωδείο “Ορφείο” Αθηνών.

After completing a classical guitar course in Chalon-sur-Saone, he won first prize with high honours at the Paris’CNR (conservatoire) in June 2000. He chose to study further under teacher Pablo Marquez at Strasbourg’s conservatory. After an Erasmus year at the ESMUC in Barcelona, taught by the croate soloiste Zoran dukic, he obtained a specialisation diploma. He is also a qualified guitar teacher since 2002. He joined Lyon’s CNSMD in 2005 and in 2011, he obtained a masters with distinction in early music with the theorbo. Etienne’s repertoire includes renaissance, baroque and contemporary music with a variety of stringed instruments : the guitar, the theorbo, the arciliuto and the baroque guitar. He has taken part in many Baroque ensembles including La symphonie du Marais, Les musiciens de Saint Julien, Les Ambassadeurs, Philomèle, Les Ombres, la Chiome d'Oro, l'ensemble Marguerite Louise, Unisoni, and Stravaganza. He plays regularly with the ensemble les Surprises, which allowed him to develop a particularly expressive style of basso continuo. After having taken part in the Ambronay Festival in 2008 he recorded “Belle Virginie” directed by F.E. Comte on the Ambronay label in 2009. He recorded for he same label a disc of Rebel's music with Les Surprises in 2014. In 2011 he played in Julius Caesar by Haendel with the company La Grande Ecurie et le Chambre du Roy directed by J.C. Malgloire, Orpheus by Monteverdi with Les Nouveaux Caractères and recorded The Carnival of Venise by Campra with Le Concert Spirituel under Hervé Niquet for the label “Glossa”. In 2015, He recorded still with the Concert Spirituel the Gloria of Vivaldi and he created with Angélique and Marc Mauillon a french music program.

started the viola da gamba at 5 and a half with Jean Louis Charbonnier. At 11, he enrolled in the current Regional Conservatory of Paris (C.R.R.) with Caroline Howald and Ariane Maurette. He has also studied at the Early Music Department of Music and Dance’s National Conservatory of Paris, where he worked under the teaching of Christophe Coin and obtained a Master Degree. He is a founder member of the Quartet Nevermind with whom he won the third prize and the special festival prize at the Van Wassenaer competition in Utrecht. In 2015, Nevermind has been invited to play all over Europe, in Iceland and USA and has recorded with Alpha Classic Label. He has already worked with conductors such as Sigiswald Kuijken, Paul Agnew, Olivier Schneebeli, Patrick Cohën-Akenine, and has been engaged by La Grande écurie et La Chambre du Roy where he works under the direction of Jean-Claude Malgoire in great productions such as Didon et Enée, David & Jonathas, and Les Vêpres de la Vierge. He also played on prestigious scenes in Paris : Cité de la musique, théâtre des Champs Elysées, Chapelle Royale du Château de Versailles, église Notre-Dame des Blancs Manteaux, Opéra Bastille, Hôtel de Soubise, and elsewhere  in France : Palais des Papes in Avignon..., or aboard, in Roumania (théâtre Hongrois de Cluj), in USA, in Cuba (La Havane), Iceland (Reikjavik), in Poland, Germany, Italia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium... Thanks to the band La Réveuse (Florence Bolton and Benjamin Perrot), he performed in several festivals and played with the actor Benjamin Lazar in the show L’autre Monde ou les états et Empires de la lune. He has been engaged in several projects of CNSM (for example La Resurrezione de Haendel where he played the solo part for Viola da Gamba) and Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles and in numerous early music bands such as l’Ensemble Desmarest (Ronan Khalil), L’Ensemble Gilles Binchois (Dominique Vellard), Le Chœur de Chambre de Namur, l’Ensemble Clematis, La Capella Mediterranea (Leonardo Garcia Alarcon ),l’Ensemble La Tempête (Simon-Pierre Bestion de Camboulas), Vox Luminis (Lionel Meunier),La Rêveuse, Le Duo à 7 created by him and Ronald Martin Alonso, around the works of Sainte-Colombe, namely at the Cartoucherie de Vincennes with the program « Paroles de Violes », l'Achéron (François Joubert-Caillet), l'Ensemble Sagittarius (Michel Laplénie), L’Ensemble Stravaganza (Thomas Soltani),L’Ensemble Maja (Bianca Chillemi), l’Ensemble Marguerite-Louise (Gaétan Jarry), Les Musiciens de Mademoiselle de Guise (Laurence Potier) etc… Passionate by the inventive music and the unlimited possibilities of the viola da gamba, Robin Pharo worked with Jazz band such as The Jungles Key and Note Forget the Project. He collaborates with the choregrapher Thierry Thieu Niang and composes the music of the show Au Cœur, programmed at the festival d’Avignon, in 2016. He works presently with contemporary composers such as Philippe Hersant (with whom he creates Hypnos), Rika Suzuki, Yassen Vodenitcharov and Jean-Marc Chouvel (with whom he creates Les Trois ailes du papillon). He also loves improvising in different styles, and in April 2012, he’s invited to accompany Bobby McFerrin, on the stage of Châtelet theater, in Paris.
